The opportunity
An opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to digital transformation programmes within a national security environment. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, understanding user needs, supporting agile delivery teams, and ensuring solutions meet business and user requirements. Candidates must hold eDV clearance and bring extensive experience in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and government transformation strategies.
What you could work on
- Understand and define problems to be solved.
- Translate user needs into clear user stories.
- Support delivery team in prioritising work and defining MVP scope.
- Assist in creating and managing the product backlog.
- Model business processes (As is / To be).
- Support testing to ensure functionalities meet requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Communicate well with customers across project lifecycles.
Relevant experience
- Extensive commercial experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban.
- Experience with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Skilled in defining acceptance criteria and user stories.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement practices.
- Customer-facing experience with strong rapport building.
- Understanding of Government transformation strategies and service standards.
- eDV Clearance is essential.
